Our Chef designs each menu based on the freshest local and seasonal ingredients that we can get our hands on. Offering a true estate to plate dining experience. Our extensive vegetable and herb garden provides much of the fresh produce for our table, while our orchard provides inspiration for marmalades, chutneys and pickles from the Henley Hotel kitchen. We work with local farmers and suppliers to showcase homegrown ingredients matched with some of New Zealand’s best wines and spirits.
Of course if you prefer a night out of the hotel, Cambridge has various dining options. From cafes to pubs and fine dining, we would be happy to recommend.
